The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to understand my needs and help me choose the right phone and plan. The store was well-organized, making it easy to browse through the products. I appreciated the relaxed atmosphere, which made my shopping experience enjoyable rather than rushed. After making my purchase, the staff ensured I was set up with my new device and explained how to use all its features.
