Jo and Henry were very helpful and patient guys.

Ed was very patient and lovely to deal with in this visit. He also clearly showed the differences in phones and charges. He didn't try to upsell or push an product which I loathe as a customer! Great service again from this location. Better than the service I get from the one closer to me. I travel that extra farther so I can get great service like the one I got from Ed. Now if Vodafone itself could just get our ordered phone in as promised by the day promised, that would be superb!

Another BIG problem with Vodafone a short time ago I asked Vodafone is it free to make a call form my Vodafone landline to Vodafone & I was told YES its FREE from you Vodafone landline even though calls aren’t included with my package.

So I phoned Vodafone from my landline about my on-going speeds problems with the internet. I have just been looking at my June bill & I found a charge of 31p for making a call to Vodafone.

I have since complained about this charge & now had a refund on my account, even the Vodafone person I speaking to had to check if it is free or chargeable & she then said it is chargeable.

Its not about the amount its about the principal of being told this call is free & now being told I will be charged if I make any other calls to Vodafone, this is disgusting that if I call Vodafone from my land line I will be charged. My previous operater did not charge if I had to call them so why are Vodafone being so greedy don't Vodafone make enough money from there customers already?

It’s marvellous how Vodafone todat 5/7/23 can give me feedback to my complaint re being changed for making a phone call from my Vodafone landline, but no answer to why Vodafone charge anyone that has a Vodafone landline without calls included, but no response to my internet speed problems that had gone on for a few months (still having the same problems from time to time) that I posted on 8 June 23.

Our advisor Ben, from the Bishop's Stortford branch, was of immense help in choosing the right plan for our device. He explained the details of our plan very well and was fast in sorting the matter out. Basically, he made our day.

I was due for an upgrade today at Vodafone the manager name amar approach me and offer me a fantastic deal I couldn't be anymore happier than that a fantastic deal for anyone else who is with Vodafone please go to amar in Bishop storford he will look after you very well and offer you the best advice and price aswell definitely a 5Star for the manager amar

I went in store and had a good experience when it came to my upgrade , manager amar wes very attentive and provided many options to choose from which made my purchase easier. Good service and happy with my product and tariff.

Extremely rude and unprofessional attitude from Indian man calling himself a manager! When I arrived to the store he was focused on his phone and he clearly showed me the I’m disturbing him! I was asking for help to connect my Apple Watch to my phone and he advised me to call the service! He said that he doesn’t know how to help. I couldn’t believe it! What a waste of time and money for the company to pay his wages. As a Vodafone customer I’m extremely disappointed with the service. I’m going to complain to the regional management. He told me that he is a manager….surely I don’t believe that…I will come back there as my watch is not fixed and I’m paying for the service but never ever want to see this silly man again!!! I’m really concerned about his education and how he treats a customer. He should not be there!

Amazing service at the Stortford Voda store. They gave me a great deal when EE were looking to rip me off. The assistant Mickey was attentive to my needs and guided me through the whole process so smoothly. I picked up a great phone with an excellent camera! Thank you vodafone

On Monday I visited the Harlow branch as I was looking at joining Vodafone from o2 to which I must say wasn’t a great experience I felt pressured from the start of the conversation I felt like the guy serving me was trying to make me agree to everything he was saying he was very abrupt so I left the store unsatisfied my other half suggested I try the bishop Stortford branch as that is the one she uses so on Tuesday we went to the bishop Stortford branch and what a difference I felt from just walking in we received a warm welcome from Rebecca she was very knowledgeable and assertive fantastic manners and she was very helpful I would like to thank Rebecca personally for her help and respect that I received after such a bad experience at Harlow

Guys at the Bishop’s Stortford shop were really helpful, helped me find the right plan for me and to transition from my current phone provider to Vodafone and able to help me get my phone number across.
