Amazing customer service
I have been into store on a number of occasions recently and Nikki has always been amazing! She is helpful, courteous and professional and helped me to sort out my broadband service cancellation which had not been actioned. I also bought a new phone and contract and she got me a brilliant deal with money back for my old handset! Great customer service!!

Nikki in the Blackpool vodaphone store…
Nikki in the Blackpool Vodaphone store had a look at my iPhone since it wasn't working properly, I was a walk in customer on a day out. Nikki was available to help me, it took a little time to sort out but she was extremely efficient and professional and all with a smile. I was so happy with her and that she managed to get my phone working I decided she deserved a 5* review.
