Just got a new phone
Just got a new phone, not very good with technology so had to have it all explained to me but had to get used to it by using it this I did and over a period of about a week of going in the shop I’m finally getting there. I’ve got to give 5 star treatment from James,Brad and Ellie,the trainee who were marvellous never once making me feel inadequate infact welcomed me each time like an old friend I’m 76 so I did need a lot of help. In store experience
I went into store, which I normally don’t do, but I was in the area and wanted to talk about my upgrade. I thought about switching providers, but juliette convinced me to stay, she got me a really good deal, she was so friendly and warm!!
