Really happy with Erik at Boston Vodafone! Came in with my partner noticed some promotions on the account was able to change me from a standard pay as you go to a monthly sim that I will get much more for but pay the same as before! Couldn't recommend enough!

Erik at the Boston store was fantastic
Erik at the Boston store was fantastic. Came in after I have lost my phone and wanted to get a new sim. He was able to get me a new sim and provide me with a new phone for less than I was paying! Highly recommend the store!

Exellent customer service. I came to the Boston store with some questions about my current phone plans and can I get as well a laptop on top of existings plans. Erikas was very kind and helpful to answer my questions. Erikas explained everything clearly and sorted everything professionally.

Drunken mistake
Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Vodafone Boston store,
Unfortunately a drunken me locked my phone with the pattern security and I couldn't remember what it was.
Was greeted with a warm smile and a welcome by Lana .
I explained the problem and then advised the phone would have to be sent off ( 10 days) wait.
That was my only option, however my contract was looked at , and the good news was I was able to upgrade to the galaxy S24
Lana had explained everything and went through the contract and making sure that I was understanding the upgrade and readjusting my plan/ contract, as there was a promotion running.
After an hour I finally had a phone with my sim card, I just download all my apps.
Thank you to Lana for all her help and advice, and also the other staff as well.
** note to myself leave my phone alone or switch off ** ( after a few drinks ) :)
