Time after time over the years she has been kind and knowledgeable, and has made the mundane task of upgrading phones a pleasurable and humorous experience. As she now has a team working for her, it’s clear her training and guidance has reflected onto her staff, as that same high level of service and attentiveness to the customer shines through. Pleased with the Visit
I was very pleased with my visit at the Boston Vodafone store. The staff that dealt with my upgrade and data transfer were very kind and patient and reassured me about swapping my data to my new phone which put my mind at ease. They were also really helpful afterwards when it came to setting up my new phone. Big thank you to Ryan and Erik!
