The staff has been absolutely amazing. So supportive, patient, funny and welcoming. They fixed an issue within good time and they both Syed and Anna been so lovely. This is my first experience with Vodafone and so far I am impressed.

I would never think that I would say…
I would never think that I would say that I am soooo happy being with Vodafone. The Brent Cross branch is the best. Sham helped me sooo much as I am really bad with phones. Super friendly. Great service, knows what he is doing his colleague Syed is also very friendly and helpful. I am so glad I have my phone insurance with Vodafone, too. It is great to just walk in and get help with a smile.

A huge thank you to Darsh, the repair specialist, and Sham for their excellent help. They were professional, patient, respectful, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I understood my options.
Even near the end of the day, they were still attentive, efficient, and never made me feel rushed. Their customer service was outstanding, and Vodafone should be proud to have them representing the company. Thank you both for going above and beyond.
