I needed to set up my phone and needed some help! Chantelle was so patient and knowledgeable. She was able to transfer everything from one phone to another, and helped me to access accounts I didn't know the password for! Not once did I feel like I was being a burden. While I sat in the store, waiting for updates, I observed Chantelle and Teo communicate with a range of customers. Both were so helpful. Thank you for your help today!

Resolving a problem with data roaming

Visited Vodaphone shop in Bridgend town centre 20th March. I was attended to by Aaron. He was friendly, polite, and extremely helpful with my queries on operating my new mobile phone. I thoroughly recommend this store. The other member of staff in the store at the time was also friendly and polite.

Aaron at Vodafone Bridgend was amazing

I came into Vodafone Bridgend for help with my phone as I was completely stuck trying to get my emails to work, spoke to Aaron who managed to fix my issue and get me back up and running! He was quick knowledgeable and made it fun.
