Amazing customer service.
I took out broadband and sim only contracts with Robert. He made everything easy and was quick and efficient. Very knowledgeable about the products he was selling and patient with answering questions. Amazing customer service and would highly recommend.

Beth and Ali were very friendly and extremely helpful with my purchase of a new phone and Apple Watch. They were very patient as their computer system was extremely slow but we got there in the end and completed the purchase .

MY SANITY SAVED I had been having problems with getting mobile data via my Provider Vodafone for many months, talking to Vodafone, both by phone & FtoF, for days on end. Problems persisted. As I depend on mobile data for my work, I was about to switch to another provider when I met CHRIS MORGAN at Westwood Cross Vodafone outlet. After spending some two hours with my iPhone, he identified & SOLVED the problem and also offered me better contracts for both iPhone Data and Home Broadband. All throughout, CHRIS was a perfect gentleman, no complaints, just sweetest courtesy. If Vodafone employs people like CHRIS MORGAN, I will not hesitate to recommend their services to everyone!
