I recently visited the store to enquire about upgrading my handset. Carl demonstrated excellent knowledge about the different options available and answered all my questions with confidence. His empathetic demeanour and genuine willingness to help made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.
Carl is a true asset to his team and shows great promise in his newly chosen career. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for exceptional service.
