A few weeks ago I went into Vodafone Bromley and was assisted by TEVARY. I wanted to change my plan to something cheaper. I am retired and because of the recent rise in price, I would have found it hard to afford it. He was so helpful, over and above. He took time to look up the best , cheaper plan. I couldn’t change my plan before 6 th September and was unable to get to the shop before today.
I went back today, he remembered me and changed my plan, answering my questions. Very polite and really knows his stuff. Please pass on my thanks..

I had the pleasure of speaking to the store manager Junior (Jr) in relation to a query I had with my newly opened contract. Junior kindly called customer services on my behalf to find the problem. He showed, kindness, professionalism, patience & knowledge to help me resolve the issue. Junior said he will call me after the bank holiday to follow up the query as he had to submit a form to another team. He is a man of his word as he called me as agreed with the news that the issue has been rectified. Junior is an asset to the Vodafone brand but also is a great leader due to his approach in helping me deal with my query but also when assisting his staff. He is very attentive and shows great passion for customer service in his store which also shows by the way his staff fantastically deal with customers. Thank you once again for your help and respect for your understanding!
