We visited the store after having my phone stolen. Spoke to Aya, she was very professional, helpful and managed to sort out the whole process ending in having sim and phone replaced.
She also upgraded our contract which gave us a monthly saving!!!
She was amazing.

The rudest customer service in the…
The rudest customer service in the store I have ever encountered in Vodafone opposite Harrods on old brompton road. When asking simple questions about phone lines, this agent, who said his name was Hassan, only said with attitude that he cant do anything and for me to go. When I asked for explanations why I could do it at another branch the month before but not here he said if you don't understand english I can't help you. Regardless of what he could or couldn't do in the store, the amount of aggression and unnecessary attitude from this employee was shocking. I made a complaint over the phone with Vodafone later that day.
A few weeks later I had travelled and my friend was supposed to join me. I got her a payg line and wanted to add euroroam which I had also done in another branch the month before on the same line. so she went and called me from there and happened to have the same agent assist her. he was equally hostile and rude and was laughing over the phone when I asked him why he was being rude again. we asked to speak to the manager who then defended his employee. my friend and these two employees of Vodafone were the only ones in the shop front and my friend said she felt so uncomfortable and was disturbed by their attitudes and their lack of assistance. When asked for the employees name his manager said it was Youssef, and when I asked if this is true, the manager gave me more attitude. I explained that I recognise his employee and that was not the name he gave me before. they continued to laugh between themselves as my friend described. The disgusting attitude in their behaviour just kept getting to a new low. Again complaints were made with Vodafone over the phone as they would not take it in store. nothing has been done. we are so disgusted by these employees and feel vodafone has really gone done in service. Happy to start looking elsewhere if this is representing vodafone's in store customer service.

Brilliant customer service. I needed to charge my phone as I forgot mine, came into London from Nottingham. The female staff made me comfortable and gave me their charger to use. I can't thank you enough!

Brompton store the best!!
Mariyam and Hassan are always kind and willing to help with any queries. The only store at Brompton Road that always complete any queries quick and officiently. I came to ask a question for the roaming and Miryam kindly checked my account and offer me a better plan very convenient for my daily use.
Lots of issues with the store at Fulham Broadway, never willing to help.
