Store manager Daniel was amazing
Store manager Daniel was amazing, I went into the store just under two weeks ago after a lot of issues including an online advisor without consent removing the number off the sim on the account, meaning it stopped working. After more than 10 calls and online messages I still did not have access. There were multiple issues and as a first time customer of Vodafone, I felt really deflated at the service I had received. That is until I met Daniel, he didn't try to upsell, he didn't talk over me or ignore the multiple issues he sorted it out, and went through the issues with a fine tooth comb. If it hadn't have been for Daniel sorting out 5 very poor weeks of customer service, and the data service I was paying for not being provided, I would have gone to CISAS or the financial ombudsman. Daniel if you are seeing this, thank you for sorting out a very stressful experience.
