Myself and my wife had the opportunity to upgrade but lacked the technical knowledge and what and which package and phone choice would be the best for our circumstances. Kimberly was,.. as previously,..absolutely on point!

Needed to renew contract and upgrade phone
Found all the staff who served me over 3 days at your Camberley’s branch, really helpful, knowledgable and patient
Roshan helped me look at what contract was best for me, answering my questions etc
Charlie helped me with the purchase again giving me lots of information
Came in today to hand my old phone in and Jan again helped me with lots of questions about the 16 pro max

The shop in Camberley were absolutely amazing. We had had such bad experience on the phone with someone that we were going to cancel our contracts but after Jodie looked after us we were much happier. She explained everything in layman’s terms and I’m exceptionally happy with my new phone and the whole trade in process that she guided us through
