The Camberley Store
Went into the store in Camberley after my mobile data went on the blink on day of the global IT issue. Then on holiday so was without internet for two weeks. Added spanner in the works is that I have had vocal cord problems for months so can't speak and so couldn't call Vodafone helpline. Jodie listened to me whisper the issue at her and went straight to work trying to fix it. She did it without the patronising way some mobile phone store staff have, and she made the phone calls for me to the tech team so I didn't have to struggle. When I had to leave the store she said she would wait for the tech team to sort the problem and then contact me to let me know to restart my device. She didn't forget, she did exactly what she said she'd do. They sorted the issue and did it without making me feel like an idiot for not being able to speak, as so many places have in the last few months.
I can't thank Jodie enough. I have been in to say thanks in person but she deserves a great review and so this is it.
Also, I would like to add that I had dealings with Kimberly a few weeks prior to this when she sorted my new contract. Didn't try to sell me anything just to get the sale, she just listened and sorted what I needed, again with no judgement over my voice issues and she went out of her way - like Jodie, to make my life easier. It's so refreshing to have that experience. AND a device store full of female staff, which was fantastic to see. Thanks guys, your service was amazing and I'm really grateful.
