She was cheerful, knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
We needed to upgrade 2 contracts and get data roaming sorted. In under an hour, she managed to solve all the issues, rearrange our contracts and save us some money.

Holly at the Cambridge store was outstanding today, I was very impressed with the knowledge she had with my issue, very polite and understanding of my situation with having no data.
