I was assisted by Anwaar who was exceptionally polite and helpful. What was thought to be a straightforward problem with my phone turned out to be quite complex and required a data update. This took a little while but Anwaar was very reassuring and told me this would be completed by 6pm when the store closed. He kindly guarded my phone whilst I went away to have a coffee and do some shopping. He managed to access content on my phone despite my not recalling my Apple password. Everything was resolved satisfactorily. Thank you Anwaar

I was served by a young man (sorry don’t have his name, it begins with N)
This was on Sunday 10th May at the Cambridge Grand Arcade store.
He was very knowledgable and helpful as I’m not technical. He explained everything right down to information about the 2 other phones on my account and when they were due updates and anything I might need to know.
He helped me with a phone upgrade as my phone had stopped working the day before. I was very happy with my new phone and the excellent service.

Holly made my experience great- she was so helpful and understanding and got my issues sorted very quickly and efficiently, she was really friendly and personable, whilst the shop was very busy! She was also greeting other people whilst with me to assure them she would help them or one of her staff would (which was very friendly and nice of her whilst she was under pressure with a busy shop!) she got my direct debit cost down and helped with connection issues I had and gave me multiple numbers to call regarding this . I was looking to leave Vodafone but genuinely renewed my broadband contact because of her. Thank you Holly !
