New contract
I came in to renew my phone and broadband contract. (Assuming I could get a good deal!)
Holly was very helpful and secured me a good deal which I was happy with.

Visited the Cambridge store today
Visited the Cambridge store today, Holly the Assistant Manager was very helpful and helped us change a contract tariff and move a number from another provider to Vodafone at a much lower price than had been anticipated. Much better than trying to use the online service.

eSIM Issue
Went into Vodafone in the Grand Arcade, Cambridge yesterday. I had just bought an iPhone Air from the Apple Store opposite. My old phone was too old to have an eSIM so the Apple people said Vodafone would have to sort that out for me.
Holly was friendly, patient and very helpful. Not only did she sort out my eSIM, she sorted out new contracts for us. As a ‘Tech Dinosaur’, I couldn’t have asked for anyone more helpful than Holly - a credit to Vodafone.
