Received amazing customer service from Huw today at Cardiff St David's.

What a waste of time paying for…
What a waste of time paying for something your not received. Chat line is terrible just keep going over and over the same question. Paying for a mobile number i have never received. But refused to cancel and help .reply off Vodafone. Is going on to Facebook or Instagram what a lot off help this is never used Vodafone. Total rip-off.

Exploitation We have spent 6 days without internet…
We have spent 6 days without internet and get the same pathetic excuses.Our modem completely stopped working after a month of signing up and it took them countless days to deliver a new one.When it did arrive, the internet still didn't work.As with many other people on here, I spent a few hours on the phone to their Asian call centre who tried to be helpful
and in reality did nothing.After losing the will to live I asked to cancel and they had the nerve to say that there would be £80++ fees and we had to send this & that back.So, if anything goes wrong don't expect help,expect to be charged more.If you want to be exploited and give your money away then Vodafone is the company for you!
