Absolutely brilliant customer service from Kyle. Very knowledgeable and actually managed to save me money whilst upgrading my phone without being pushy. Was very knowledgeable on all Vodafone offers and was very happy to advise us on future purchases.

Dave and Huw did a really good job of sorting out my new phone - Dave followed all my requests and looked out for the best deals for me and I'm really glad to have gone in-store and sort it out so I could discuss my options with knowledgeable staff! 10/10 would go again!

My experience with Vodafone was brilliant. I am highly satisfied with level of service I received. I found the young sales man Karta Singh very helpful and helped me choose the right contract. He took his time and talked me through anything I didn’t quite understand. So thank you!

Friendly and helpful service from Shaun

Went into the Vodafone shop to purchase 2 new mobile phones. We were served by Tash who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and especially so when providing information to my technophobe partner!
She also changed and updated my broadband to a newer faster optical version.
Overall she did a fab job, she's a credit to the company. We both thought that she provided all the answers we needed and left there feeling very happy with the Vodafone customer experience.

Jamie and Caitlin were amazing. I spent the best part of 2 hours with them upgrading my phone and searching for the best plan that suited my needs. I’m old 😉and they were so knowledgeable (young) but had the patients to explain and give me confidence that I made the right choice .

Earlier today my 80 year old mother and I were helped by an amazing young lady (Cait) in the St David’s Cardiff store who couldn’t have done anymore to help guide and support my mother. She was an absolute credit to the company, and after historically joining the SMT of your company on Wavelength Connect leadership programme several years ago I respect how important it is to have amazing staff on the frontline and wonderful customer service.

Nice to see some decent s24 Ultra offers this side of black Friday and new year.

Kyle was very informative. Clearly explained the important info. Wrote down notes on plan details for me to keep. No pressure. Just a relaxed conversation!

We popped in earlier in the week to look at getting new phones for myself and my partner. I was with a different phone company and my partner is with Vodafone already. Kyle greeted us as we walked in and asked if we needed any help. My partner was looking for a new phone with the primary feature being a very good camera. Kyle is very knowledgeable and straight away came out with some suggestions for us, as well as informing us of current deals Vodafone are running for these products, my partner ended up deciding on a Google Pixel 9 Pro. I was fairly confident going in that I wanted a Galaxy S24 Ultra and Kyle knew all the ins and outs of the phone. He looked on his computer to find prices for contracts over 2/3 years for both devices and we decided to think it over and come back yesterday (10th) to purchase the phones.

Kyle was once again very happy to help us and remembered us as well as what we wanted from our visit earlier in the week. He was very friendly but also professional and helped us get the best deals that suited us. As my partner was already with Vodafone he informed us that I could simply join her account as an additional number, which we did in the end. The process was quick and smooth and even though the colour phone my partner wanted wasn't in store, we were able to have it delivered to our house the next day!

Overall a brilliant experience in Vodafone with Kyle and after trying a few different companies I can't see myself going anywhere else now. I'll be back in store to see Kyle when I want to get myself the Galaxy Watch Ultra.

Jamie (Cardiff branch) was very friendly and made sure I was happy with a new contract and a new phone.
When I went to collect my new phone the following week, he was again very welcoming - really happy with the experience.
