Excellent service from Jamie in store
Excellent service from Jamie. After an incredibly stressful time with O2, both via customer services and in the Cardiff store, I was grateful that Jamie made my ordeal better by sorting out a new phone for my son swiftly. I have always been with Vodafone. And the difference in how it treats its customers compared to that of O2 was palpable! Thank you, Jamie. My son loves his new phone 😊

Me and my children went to the store and our server dragos was so helpful, he made the experience really enjoyable for the children and a breeze for me. Dragos saved me money by changing my plan and help my son set up his new sim.

Having recived notice from Sky by…
Having recived notice from Sky by letter that my Broadband and home phoe charges were going to double in the next month, I naturally became very worried as a pensioner. When I rang around to find other providers it was clear that the new charge was excessive. Consequently I rang Sky informed them of the ridiculous hike in costs, but sadly the foreign gentleman informed me the letter stood, and despite another call in between his conversatio which said I could negotiate, it was clear no movement would be forthcoming.
Thus I rang Vodophone , who were cheaper, with the same dervice etc, but when the delivery of equipment was due , I was informed by E mail at the last minute there would be a delay due to the driver Marion having difficulties. The delivery was rescheduled, but was not delivered here, but left at a retail outlet some three miles away for mew to collect. I thought , who is supposed to be the customer/ deliverer, me or DPD.I have rung vodophoe, but they sent another E mail asking me to coleect, so after some more wasted time , thankfully my order has been cancelled. This is supposed to be the time of Customer service at its best, vodophone I am afraid do not fit that title , not the DPD delivery firm. Get real we are in 2024
