Went into Carmarthen store this morning…
Went into Carmarthen store this morning to sort out a problem . We were so lucky to have Becky to serve us .
She understood our problem and was so understanding with us as we are not very tech friendly . She explained everything to us and actually sorted it out for us .
We are so grateful as we would never had been able to do ourselves .

Terrible costumer service
I took out a contract with Vodaphone and for over a year i have been trying to transfer this account to another person.
The staff in store were totally unhelpful. I nolonger live with the person who had the phone. They insisted we came into store together which we did. coursing a great deal of stress to arrange.
The staff in store then informed us we had to complete this on line and be together when they called us,
This was completed online and we called them while together. the contract still remains in my name and i am still being billed for an account i dont use

I visited the Carmarthen branch, whilst out shopping, to clarify how my tariff works abroad, as I prefer to chat in person. I was greeted by Becky, who is welcoming, a good listener, patient, and answered all my questions clearly and professionally. Becky reassured me, that Vodafone ensures that I am in control, after my concerns, regarding overspending whilst roaming abroad. Becky is knowledgable, experienced and empathic. Becky was on my side and offered me top tips for choosing my next upgrade, to benefit me best, and what to consider in how to go about securing the best tariff and phone for me. I shall travel with peace of mind, secure in the knowledge, that if I need extra support with my use of my phone, Vodafone will text me my options, BEFORE any extra charges occur.
