Ebony sorted moving to a sim only contract for my Mam and helped ups understand how to transfer the account from myself to her to make it an easy experience. Mandy also supported with some extra information around the contracts as she has transferred her own accounts so talked us through a customer experience. Great help from the girls as always :)
