Aaron was really helpful and friendly. He managed to unclog all the junk which was filling and slowing my phone as well as removing some viruses and malware which had found their way onto my phone. He was very understanding and had some great advice - 1 dont download free cleaners which fill up.your phones storage and add adverts 2 Only use one recognised anti virus app to save on disc space. 3 Your Samsung has a program to read pdf files (files)so use it OR use Adobe to read pdfs You don't need to download free pdf readers with their attached adverts.
