Outstanding customer service from Dan
Received outstanding customer service from Dan at the Crawley branch, and I would highly recommend shopping with the Crawley team.
I was after a budget second phone, and I went with Dan's recommendation. Dan talked me through all plans available to me, how much it would cost me on different length contracts, and made sure that I was getting the best possible plan for my needs.

Been with Vodaphone 15+ years
I’ve been with Vodafone for over 15 years.
In 2024, I took out a new contract after specifically agreeing with the sales team that it would be under £50 a month. However, I’ve since discovered that I’ve been paying £90 a month instead.
When I raised this in-store, a member of staff suggested that I may have been given an additional SIM card purely so the agent could earn more commission.
I’ve now spoken to three different members of staff, all of whom have said the only option available is to pay to leave the contract early, with no other resolution offered.

My contract was up for renewal
My contract was up for renewal. I went in there to get a price on either sim only or a new handset aswell. Freddie in Crawley, County Mall was fantastic in quickly working out how much I had remaining on my handset and what the cost would look like if I upgraded. I have dealt with Freddy a number of times and he's always been friendly. Excellent service, thank you.
