Ease of changing phone/contract bundle
Was getting a new phone/contract bundle as my old phone was broken. Liam was great help with this. Every question I asked was answered, and Liam was able to get me the best deal possible. Couldn't be more happy about my visit and products.

Problem solved!
Been having problems with my sim signal and tried to sort it out with my previous network provider but they couldn’t do it because they needed my passport (for security purposes). I tried inquiring with Vodafone and Freddy was extremely amazing, so helpful that he was able to bring me back to life! Extremely pleased with the service!

Never use Vodafone.
I had a voxi sim card for the past year, my phone was stolen and I talked to voxi about how I could get another sim card with that same number, they told me that it would be simple and to go into a Vodafone store. I went to the store and after a 45 minute wait, someone finally came to 'help' me. In 5 minutes they told me that they can't give me a new sim card with the same number because they couldn't confirm my identity , i had my physical bank card (that I cancelled prior to visiting Vodafone as obviously a few grand is a bigger deal than a sim card , apparently not to vodafone) , I had both my driving licence and passport , I was able to access my email account and my voxi log in services but that was still not enough to verify my identity. I was told I would have to first wait 5 days for my card to be reissued then another 5 for them to give me a sim card with that same number. I cancelled on the spot and had to tell them to put my number on the stolen list before walking 15 meters over to EE and getting a new card on a better contract in 10 minutes. Vodafone is a horrible company with horrendous guidelines and even worse staff.

Amazing Customer Service
I upgraded via phone and had numerous issues with my handset. After visiting the Crawley Store and speaking with Liam he on a few occasions he was so helpful. He took ownership and managed to sort out mine and my Mums Phones and got us a better deal. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. He is an asset to Vodafone!
