Staff member excellent.
The member of staff “Kelby” at Crewe CW1 branch was excellent. His knowledge and manor combined with the the Vodafone information for changing to a better deal made the visit not just worth while but a good experience. Well done to this young member of staff.

Excellent service and experience

Staff fantastic, pity about computer system
The staff at Crewe were fantastic and knowledgeable, and made the experience easy.

Clear advice, friendly and helpful staff, definitely recommend an in-store visit
We came in looking for new phones on Vodafone after having the current ones for 6 years. I’d tried to upgrade myself on the app and via the online chat but didn’t find this helpful. The advisor didn’t give much information or options. So we decided to go into a store and I’m so glad we did! The store assistant (Tom) listened to what we were looking for, provided options and recommended what would be best for us personally. We were getting three new phones and SIM deals which took quite a while to set up but nothing was too much. Rather than us waiting, Tom got his colleague Daria to help too. They were both so personable and friendly and really made us feel valued. I went back yesterday to drop off the old phone as part of the trade in deal and received the same level of excellent customer service by Tom’s colleague (I missed her name) and Tom was there to say hello too. I would definitely recommend this store and Tom!
