Kelby was very helpful, didn't rush us, answered lots of questions that helped our day to day usage of our phones and seemed very honest. The Vodafone shop in Crewe is helpful and we certainly will be taking that into account when investing in renewals. Keep him there!

I needed technical help with a phone issue
I visited because I'm not techy. The guy in the store was friendly, helpful and patient. He obviously had a high level of technical expertise. He guided me though the steps to sort out my phone issues. He also answered my "stupid" questions. I would wholeheartedly recommend them and would not hesitate to go back in the future.

Excellent customer service! I was looking to upgrade my phone and was served by a great lad, Kelby….Kelby made the whole process extremely easy for me, I wasn’t sure which phone I wanted? I just wanted a phone that was easy to manage and take great photos….Kelby provided lots of options for phones and price plans, to suit my needs and budget.

Life savers
The two staff memebers who helped me were excellent and deserve gold stars! My dad had been in the hospital and had forgotten his PUK code to access his pay as you go phone. In his 80's my dad's little basic mobile is his lifeline and link to family & friends. They were able to unlock his phone which was a true live saver! Many many thanks xx
