Life savers
The two staff memebers who helped me were excellent and deserve gold stars! My dad had been in the hospital and had forgotten his PUK code to access his pay as you go phone. In his 80's my dad's little basic mobile is his lifeline and link to family & friends. They were able to unlock his phone which was a true live saver! Many many thanks xx

Tom was incredibly patient and helpful when I took my phone in to the shop about a month ago. My phone had locked me out, so Tom patiently reset it and managed to save all of my contacts and photos. I left the shop very relieved! Thank you Tom, just sorry it took me so long to write a review!

Crewe
Moved phone over from BT to Vodafone and had a major issue with no data on the phone. After a number of hours of live chat with the technical team (all very helpful and courteous) problem still not sorted. Went back to store in Crewe and problem finally solved by Tom. He was extremely helpful, supportive, knowledgeable and methodical in his approach and I can't thank him and praise him enough. Job well done!

Tom and the team have helped me alot.
A month ago I traded in a phone and I'm still waiting for payment. Everyone at crewe store has been fantastic however Vodafone themselves have not lived up to expectations and I'm very disappointed.
