Excellent service
We visited the store on two occasions this week with two issues that were far from straightforward.
In the first instance Drew was of great help advising us the best course of action.
When we returned to the store the following day, Summer was able to help my son and an older relative to set up a new phone as well as a new SIM card. She was extremely patient and explained each step very clearly and we had an overall great experience.

Absolutely terrible experience in the…
Absolutely terrible experience in the Didcot branch of Vodafone today.
My husband was told by a member of staff to go and sit down with the manager of the store, my husband is slightly deaf in one ear and had to ask on a couple of occasions what was said as he was unsure (English is also not his first language so it’s a struggle sometimes).
From there it just got worse and worse.
As my husband is slightly deaf he can’t always hear how loud he speaks at times.
The manager was asking my husband to calm down and stop shouting, as he thought he was angry, I tried to explain to him that my husband talks like this and he wasn’t doing anything wrong, but sadly the manager was unable to see past just how offended he was and actually listen.
I said to my husband let’s go and he tried to explain that he wasn’t doing anything wrong, but instead of listening to what we were saying, he told us to leave the shop, actually I think his words were “out you go”
We have been a Vodafone customer for years now and have 3 accounts that we will be moving away as soon as is possible.

I can’t recommend them enough helpful in so many ways broke it all down to me so I could understand all legal stuff it was a pleasure going into a shop that I was worried about so I would give Dave and summer a 10 out of 10 for being helpful patient and understanding

Excellent service from Tolis (Vodaphone)
I visited the Didcot store on 2 consecutive days and was most impressed with the service provided by Tolis. He normally works in the Oxford branch but was covering absence. He was helpful, friendly and efficient and a credit to Vodaphone! Top man

I visited the Vodafone store in Didcot this morning because my handset has been out of contract for some time and I wanted an upgrade. My enquiry was dealt with by Dave, who was brilliant. He listened to what I wanted and talked me through some different options in a knowledgeable but not pushy way. The process was really straightforward and I left as a happy customer :)
