Brilliant service from Dave at Didcot!
Visited Didcot today, with the intention of upgrading my wife's mobile to a new model. We chose a 'phone and Dave suggested a really great data package that gave a lot more for less than we were currently paying! It was so good that I upgraded as well! He very carefully went through all the financial details, copied everything across from our old 'phones and we left as two very satisfied customers. Well done Dave!

Last week thank you Vodaphone Didcot- Farhaan was fab!
Last week, my elderly Mum was directed to Vodaphone Didcot from Vodaphone Oxford. We had already had sterling service in Oxford but they didn’t have the phone Mum wanted and tracked down the final one in Didcot. Farhaan provided amazing service and showed great patience given we couldn’t recall most of the information he needed.

A great experience in Vodafone Didcot…
I first went into the Vodafone shop in Didcot on Monday 4th November with lots of questions about a mobile hotspot, Dave was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, I left with useful information. Today Wednesday 6th I returned to sign up for a 24 month contract on a 4G mobile hotspot again Dave answered all my concerns about it and was again very helpful and friendly and I left a happy customer.

We visited the Didcot branch on the 1st…
We visited the Didcot branch on the 1st November,we just want to say how much help Jon was on this day. Nothing was any trouble for him to go out of his way to explain stuff from the start to the finish. He was excellent at explaining things to us both. We also popped in on Tuesday 5th November to ask a question about our phones and he sorted them out there and then as we didn't know how to put the phones on silent.

Vodafone Didcot very good help from Sufi
Just got back from Vodafone Didcot with a new phone and contract. I only walked in looking for a price for a handset but Sufy offered to help and was very knowledgable and helpful, managing to find me a very good deal that was cheaper than I'd seen elsewhere and suited me perfectly, despite my somewhat awkward requirements. Excellent overall.
