A great change!
A great change!
I actually left Vodafone a few years back because of poor service received the store team whenever walked in.
However, I have now come back due to my friend telling me it's a whole new team in Dorchester now and how wonderful they were.
I was serve last week by Simeon and took up so much of his time by being indecisive that felt guilty when leaving without buying a device. Despite this he was very patient and happy to help.
came back in today and was greeted by Dave, explained what happened with Simeon last week and Dave helped re-talk me through plans and helped me settle on what would work best for me before bringing me back over to the wonderful Simeon ut it through the till and transfer my data 1 me.
Both guys were so patient and friendly and so helpful. I couldn't of asked for more

Amazing Service
I came in to upgrade. I know nothing about phones and had my phone for 6 years. Simeon upgraded my phone to a new and easy to use one. He moved all the data for me and showed me how to use it and saved me money!

Very slow service and had to visit store ,failed online
Very slow service and had to travel into store because failure of on line options - NO phone available to telk to store ! Poor presentation of my options . They Had a very elderly customer and did not explain to me BVB fully nor offer to write down the main features which would be a great help for a 95 year old with poor memory .Good at selling and charging only .

Highly recommend Vodafone Dorchester
Splendid service from Sarah and Lily, in the Dorchester shop. They listened carefully to what we needed and worked out how to provide us with the best broadband deal. They solved the problem with changing our address and explained how to fit the new router (to non tech customers). Extremely helpful and patient with us. It is wonderful to be able to speak to real people, in a relaxed way, not be hurried and not have to do everything online. We would highly recommend Vodafone Dorchester.
