Fantastic service form all colleagues in Dover Store.

Went in to store today to get some help with these adverts that keep spamming my phone.
Bradley instore sat down with Me and went through all these cleaning apps that I didn't download. Apparently they was what they said they was and started freezing up my phone.
Bradley managed to completely get rid of them for me and recommended some advice for future reference in how to not let this happen again. 10/10 recommended this store for there great customer service and will power to sort a very annoying situation

Very helpful and informative, great customer service, happy to answer all questions, give recommendations and worked with my requests to get to a comfortable deal. Managed to pay off my old handset, upgrade to a new handset and upgrade my sim plan which I wouldn't have been able to do myself online

Went into store yesterday to ask about home broadband options as I’m currently with star link but they charge an arm and a leg for there service.
The advisor inside Bradley managed to sort me out with a 910mpbs broadband for more than half the price of what I was paying for star link.
Quick and painless visit instore they make sure they understand all your needs and wants and get you sorted rapid!
Highly recommend the guys in there great little team they got and will be going back myself and advising friends and family to do the same for any future enquiries

Went into store today to upgrade my phone as I was on a iPhone 7 and needed to upgrade.
Bradley who served me was absolutely brilliant he dealt with me accordingly and run me through all the upgrade costs and he much my future bill is going to cost and to my surprise he managed to get it cheaper than what I’m paying now!
Highly recommend the Dover Vodafone branch lovely group of guys and girls in there and definitely will be going back for any other questions or query’s I have.
