Went into store today to upgrade my…
Went into store today to upgrade my phone as I was on a iPhone 7 and needed to upgrade.
Bradley who served me was absolutely brilliant he dealt with me accordingly and run me through all the upgrade costs and he much my future bill is going to cost and to my surprise he managed to get it cheaper than what I’m paying now!
Highly recommend the Dover Vodafone branch lovely group of guys and girls in there and definitely will be going back for any other questions or query’s I have.

I went in to ask for ASIM swap and left with the bonus of getting a very thorny issue with my new phone fixed that had been a big headache all week.
Sam was an absolute star, offering to fix a the ssue and calmy and quickly figuring it out - moreover, where specialist phone repairers were stunnped.
