I had ongoing issues with my Pixel 6a which necessitated it being returned to Vodafone. When I received it back I took into shop & Andrea could not have been more helpful and took time to completely set it up for me. I had to pop in today & Ronnie the Mgr had Brandon help and he fixed the issue. Well done all but especially Andrea

Absolutely dreadful service
Absolutely dreadful service. I am supposed to be having Broadband installed next week. I requested that my landline is retained. The installation confirmation email quotes a new number which I didn’t request. It says if it’s the wrong number then contact Vodafone on line which I did. Customer service say my landline number retention request was not actioned and there’s nothing can be done about it. That’s a complete lie. The system hasn’t even been installed yet and there’s been hassle already. Dreadful service and I will be going back to Virgin. I didn’t think they were brilliant but at least you could speak to someone there and they didn’t make mistakes like this. Highly not recommended.
