Outstanding.... is the only way to describe my visit to Dunfermline today.

Kind and friendly staff
The staff in Vodafone Dunfermline are extremely helpful and friendly. Becca in particular helped me to get set up with a UK phone number and on a plan which is very good value for money!! She gave great advice and was always kind and understood what I needed from a phone plan. The best customer service!

Amazing service - highly recommended
Becca and Sarah were absolutely outstanding. They helped me upgrade my phone with a new contract, reduce my monthly fee and were attentive to every single detail. A breath of fresh air approach from Vodafone!
Welcoming approach from Elizabeth to my enquiry which was a follow-up from last week to change my broadband and landline provider to Vodafone. Both staff members Rebecca and Sarah dealing with the enquiry last week also provided excellent customer service. Not a straightforward changeover due to my current provider’s setup with my account. Thankfully, Vodafone have managed to resolve all issues.
