Calum saves the day
Calum helped me sort out renewing 4 PAYG contracts which the website had resolutely refused to do. Good chat, let me head off to another shop while he did some handle turning, and solved an unrelated problem into the bargain which saved me having to spend (no doubt) an hour on the phone with a competitor’s “retention” team.

I went into Vodafone gyle centre today…
I went into Vodafone gyle centre today as my phone got a virus and died, I was upset, confused and didn't know what to do but your amazing staff member, Skye, went above and beyond to help me. Within minutes she calmed me down and sorted me out with a new device plan etc. Even when I asked questions she answered them all and some! Such a amazing experience when I was utterly stressed out!
