Calum at The Gyle Edinburgh dealt with a possibile virus,
explained the problem, and within an hour had the issue resolved. Also very helpfull in considering my next purchase next month. Corteous, efficient and explained what had happened.

Excellent Customer Service
I was nervous about going into the shop to speak about downgrading my phone as I don’t vocalise or understand technology very well.
As I walked into the shop I was greeted by a young lad sitting at a desk and politely asking if he could help me
This was at The Gyle in Edinburgh and the lads name was Sol.
He served me swiftly, gave me options, gave me time to process and think, wrote things down for me with no rush and a pleasant, polite manner.
I left the shop quicker than expected, feeling I had been listened to and offered exactly what I needed.
I am very pleased I chose to go with Vodafone as I have confidence that I will be helped with patience and politeness

vodaphone are still cheating folk
probably the worst mobile phone company in the world . definitely the most dishonest . my friend has just been cheated into signing a contract under false pretences (lying) at the point of sale in a shop
the same as happened to me and i’m paying the price of being cheated every month
she is taking out a case and is informing the ombudsman
clearly they are still lying and have not stopped cheating folk
Do NOT trust them please -unless you have loads of money
