Friendly and professional staff all round
Had a problem with my new phone and went into the shop to see what my options were. The shop was super busy but I was seen almost immediately and was listened to and helped by several amazing staff, especially Saihaan who was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Left with a fully working phone and a really good mood. Can only recommend!

Spot on service
I Was with 3 network for 4 years and this morning I went to this shop to get Vodafone network from now on.

Said is incredible! This is the best Vodafone store in the UK if you’re visiting Edinburgh definitely stop by they can help sort you out and save you some money. Definitely highly recommend the experience plus as a bonus we got served tea and coffee!!
