Hi,GUYS PLEASE IGNORE VODAFONE. i got a Vodafone 2 years contract and this is the bad network in the UK. I work through apps and I need very good network connections due to my work.
I have been calling them to fix my problem from one and half years. Now I got different network provider and Vodafone taking money every month for nothing. I have noticed from last two months they have increased my bills which one is really shocking. Whenever I phone them they tell me do troubleshooting, change phone, change SIM or disconnect the line without any solutions. They are just still my money please think about Vodafone before take their contract. They said I can’t even cancel this contract because it will come to my credit file. Please ignore them and I will tell my friend and family not to get Vodafone contract.

Your credit file would only be impacted if bills were left unpaid. Fast and efficient service
I Visited Vodafone to renew my contract, I was quickly welcomed by a gentleman named Usman. We sat down and he explained my options, he listened to my requirements and in no time at all I had renewed my contract with a more adequate tariff at a very reasonable price. Thank you.
