Went to vodaphone falmouth and was dealt with by gryff. He was very good at explaining everything I needed to know, however he had alot of problems with the vodaphone systems, which took a lot of time.

Great staff, poor systems
This is the 2nd time I have been into the shop trying to upgrade my phone and your systems have had issues.
My time is precious and spending hours at a time trying to upgrade only to be told your systems are not working properly is totally crap. The poor staff are trying to do their best and are so helpful but it seems impossible for them with such shocking systems to work on.

jack the vodafone legend
i was served by jack and (i didn't ask her name i'm so sorry) but they were the nicest friendliest people ever. it was only jack's 7th day there but he was professional and diligent. i could ask any question i needed without sounding silly and i got an amazing deal for phone + broadband. i can't wait to come back and get a contract for my boyfriend's phone now. i was dreading sorting out this for weeks but they made the entire process fun, easy, and catered to my exact needs. i genuinely had an amazing time at vodafone today, never thought i'd say that. vodafone falmouth is a great day out!

I came to revnew my pay as you go sim and I told the girl from there that I want to renew it in that moment because I m out of data she ask me how much do I want to top up I said that the bundle is 15 pounds fast forward I top up and again I told her that I want to renew it in that moment and she said that is going to renew automatically. I left and use my network on the money . Never use this again.
