Jake in the vodafone Fareham Branch was extremely helpful in resolving an ongoing situation. I have been trying to cancel sim I haven't used for 8 years. Due to mobility issues I was not able to attend shop. He was kind considerate and methodical checking my id so I could add my current number in order to cancel through Customer service. He also showed a good knowledge of procedures and advised if there were any further problems to come in and see him. Would definitely recommend using this branch and asking for Jake he is an asset to The team.

Impeccable customer service - Fareham, Hampshire
My phone suddenly stopped working and so I popped into the Fareham Vodafone store to ask for some help. This is where I met Jimi.
Jimi greeted me with a friendly smile and immediately set to problem-solving my issue. After a lot of time had passed and having tried everything he could think of to fix the issue, he concluded that my phone had possibly been blacklisted and advised I return it to the well-known gadget store I bought it from. Jimi was correct!
Jimi, thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the time you spent with me (and my phone!) despite the fact there was no gain to yourself or your store. This re-enforces my appreciation for Vodafone customer service even more.

Great Customer Service from Jake at Fareham Branch Today!
Just wanted to leave a positive review for Jake at the Fareham branch today. What an asset to Vodafone and the branch!
Jake found my elderly Mum a great deal on her contract today, explained everything clearly and was so kind, polite and caring towards her.
She had visited the same branch in November but has been left feeling she overpaid for my Dads contract.
The member of staff had come from the Gosport branch that day and I had been unable to accompany her there. Mum felt he had not been transparent, was pushy and she has been left paying far too much for my Dads contract and more than she thought she had agreed (Dad is 90 and only uses the phone for emergencies so did not need to be paying more than the minimum).
Jake has restored her faith in Vodafone and the branch and we will be back when Dads contract renews to see him to ensure they are not mis-sold this time.

Amazing Service
We came to the Fareham store today and Jimi was amazing!
My phone had totally died beyond repair. Jimi helped me get a really good deal on a new phone and then transferred all of my apps / data and photographs.
He could not have done anymore to help me and I would recommend him and the Vodafone store in Fareham.
Would give more than five stars if I could. An asset to the company!

Came in last week and spoke to Charlie…
Came in last week and spoke to Charlie regarding a new phone.
Charlie went though all the versions and I decided on the S26 and Charlie ordered it.
Came back to pick up the phone and being techless Charlie very kindly transferred all my data and apps from my old phone to my new phone.
Charlie is a real credit to Vodafone and made the whole experience painless and stressfree.
