Amazing Service
We came to the Fareham store today and Jimi was amazing!
My phone had totally died beyond repair. Jimi helped me get a really good deal on a new phone and then transferred all of my apps / data and photographs.
He could not have done anymore to help me and I would recommend him and the Vodafone store in Fareham.
Would give more than five stars if I could. An asset to the company!

Came in last week and spoke to Charlie…
Came in last week and spoke to Charlie regarding a new phone.
Charlie went though all the versions and I decided on the S26 and Charlie ordered it.
Came back to pick up the phone and being techless Charlie very kindly transferred all my data and apps from my old phone to my new phone.
Charlie is a real credit to Vodafone and made the whole experience painless and stressfree.

Efficient and ease. I was dreading going into the Vodafone shop and being bombarded with complicated options and sales.
I was assisted by Jake. He listened to my query and expectations. He immediately looked into all my options and explained them clearly and efficiently. I was expecting to be in the shop for an hour at least. But I was out of the shop in no time completely satisfied with the outcome.
