Mum needed to transfer from her Huawei to an iPhone which is not an easy thing to do so we went into the Fareham branch and Jimmy was amazing, he sat with us and helped us do the whole thing, and while the transfer was going through he looked at mums plan and managed to save her money on her bill! Fantastic service!!

Great service from Alex every time I visit the branch. My technical knowledge is next to nothing but he always looks after me. He is patient and friendly and always willing to answer my questions.
