Charlie was brilliant today when I needed to obtain a replacement SIM card having lost my phone in London. Not only did Charlie set me back up again so we could make calls, he was expert at setting up the new phone I had brought with me, and also set me up on an new contract. To top it all Charlie gave me some great advice on the iCloud. Overall I had excellent service today from Charlie who was a credit to Vodafone

The most amazing service!
I came into store today as I ordered my upgrade phone in the wrong colour. I was as really disappointed so headed to store to see if they could help me. Jimmi the store manager of the Fareham branch greeted me, and sat me down and listened to my problem and promised to help with no hesitation. What a fantastic guy! My problem was solved and even when faced with system challenges, Jimmi remained patient and reassured me it was no bother! My problem was solved and I was handed my brand new iPhone in the correct colour. The service and help was incredible, and I'm so grateful for the patience and help I was shown with my issue! Thank you so much!!
