Jake, the sales assistant was extremely polite and very professional today. I have had major problems trying to leave virgin media, and I cannot tell you how pleased I am that Jake perserved for over an hour and finally sorted the problem out. Very happy and very pleased and very grateful.

Fantastic team at Fareham store
We had some problems setting up new phone as it needed the new update done first. We went back into store for help and saw Jimi. Jimi was absolutely brilliant and sorted it all out for us. He was very patient and explained the reasons for the problem and carried out the software update and transferred details from old to new phone. We have been in to store a few times now and each visit all the staff have been so helpful. Jimi and his team are great! Thank you

Great service from Vodafone Fareham
Alexander was extremely helpful in sorting contracts and sim to save me money and make sure I got the best option for my requirements. Very approachable, friendly and not pushy. A quick, easy, trustworthy service!
Ever since I got my first phone, I've been visiting the Vodafone store in Fareham. The team there makes everything so straightforward, and I can always count on each staff member to find us the best, most cost affective contracts available.
Today, Alex was incredibly helpful in updating the contracts for both my mum and me, helping us save some money in the process. He was really friendly and took the time to answer all of our questions.
We will definitely be back!! x
