There are no words to express my appreciation of Nicky at Farnham Vodafone. She completely calmed me down after a very stressful time in Italy and sorted all my problems out within minutes. What a woman! You must never, ever let her leave...she is Vodafone's greatest asset (she has sorted me out on numerous occasions) and I recommend Vodafone Farnham, and especially Nicky (though they are ALL excellent) to all my friends. A huge thank you from me...I will sleep tonight thanks to Nicky!

I recently visited the Vodafone Farnham store and had a very positive experience. The staff were friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful from the moment I
walked in. I needed advice about upgrading my contract and improving my signal coverage at home, and the team took the time to explain all my options clearly without any pressure to upsell.
The store itself is clean, modern, and well-organised, making it easy to browse devices and accessories. I especially appreciated how patient the staff were while answering my questions and setting up my new phone — they made sure everything was transferred properly before I left.
Customer service can sometimes feel rushed in mobile phone shops, but that definitely wasn’t the case here. The team were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout.
Overall, I would highly recommend the Farnham Vodafone store if you’re looking for honest advice and excellent customer service. A smooth and stress-free experience from start to finish.
