Data storage problem and three contracts to renew (two) or cancel (one)
I visited the Farnham branch with a data storage problem and three contract queries to resolve and Thomas was able to help me sort out the storage problem and to renew my phone contract for two years on an improved basis AND cheaper deal. He also pointed me in the right direction via 191 for the other two contracts which I needed to either terminate (additional SIM) or extend (home broadband), which I have now also achieved. Thank you Thomas!

New phone and transfer from old
I needed a new phone and my old phone was playing up (only working properly when it was plugged in). Tom, who dealt with both, was excellent. Not only was I able to get a new phone that morning but he was able to transfer all my old phone data, when it was touch and go whether it would work. Amazing service.

Best customer service ever
This was the most awesome experience EVER. Darren at the Farnham branch spent ages helping me get my e-sim sorted for me, he was thoroughly helpful, patient and friendly throughout the 30-40 or so minutes. Really amazing customer service, this guy should get a pay rise and a cuddle! 😀 Seriously, a stellar employee. Keep hold of him!

Exceptional Customer Service
Vodafone Farnham, Surrey are the best! Ryan went through everything & found the best deal to suit mine & my son’s requirements & gave me great advice. I then needed to sort out my other son’s contact (he also had an upgrade), so Luca stayed late & patiently assisted me with the best deal & set it all up. We are going back in today to sort out my Mum’s Vodafone contract & Ryan has said he will be there to do this. The other gentleman that was there was helping along the way too.
