The lady who helped us, Nicola, was very experienced and friendly. Helped us find a solution really quickly and managed to save me £6 a month off my current deal with Vodafone. Excellent service and well worth visiting instore.

I know how frustrating signal and connection issues can be. If you pop your postcode into the Network Status Checker here: https://vodafone.uk/330ItxS you'll be able to see if there are any issues, outages or maintenance works in an area that could be impacting your service.
Maintenance will be highlighted by a screwdriver symbol. You can click on this and it will tell you if there is an expected end time for the work.
Network Issues and outages have a yellow triangle which you can click and sign up for updates.
You can also see the expected speeds you can achieve in any postcode. If you are getting very low speeds, or your signal is worse than the checker suggests and there are no issues in the area, please come and get in touch with my team via Facebook at vodafone.uk/3K1e4GB or via X (formerly Twitter) at vodafone.uk/3nfdPyY so we can look into this for you.

FARNHAM Vodafone use to go to Vodafone shop in…
I use to go to Vodafone shop in Guildford but since I had an excellent service from Vodafone in Farnham, especially from Nikki, the Store Manager, I wouldn't go anywhere else. I highly recommend this store.

Amazing service from Adam
Well, what can I say. When I first walked in, I wasn’t too sure what I was looking for, then a young handsome man named Adam kindly approached me, asking me if I was looking for anything specific. I said I wasn’t, in which he then directed me to handsets I could look at possibly purchasing. I walked in without any idea of what phone I might get, but Adam worked his magic and demonstrated true customer service to me, and I walked out feeling happy as ever with new advice and ideas, and new products. I never thought I could walk into a Vodafone and expect such an exceptional service, until adam gave this for me. I wish him the best in his Vodafone career in the future, he deserves all the success he can get within the company as he represents them very highly, as he showed me.
