Outstanding Customer Service – Yousra Deserves 10 Stars!
I visited the Vodafone branch at Fulham Broadway after experiencing a frustrating situation: my phone had been snatched while I was out in London, leaving me without access to my Vodafone SIM.
Although a replacement SIM was promptly sent out, it unfortunately failed to activate. Despite several calls to Vodafone customer service—where I was repeatedly assured that the issue had been resolved—the SIM still wouldn’t work.
That’s when I had the pleasure of meeting Yousra. From the moment she greeted me, she was incredibly kind, polite, and genuinely attentive. She listened carefully to my concerns and immediately took action. Thanks to her, the SIM was activated on the spot, and everything began working perfectly—something that couldn’t be achieved through multiple phone calls.
But Yousra didn’t stop there.
She also went above and beyond by helping me secure a fantastic SIM-only deal for my brother, and even managed to upgrade my own plan to an amazing offer. Her service was not only efficient but also warm and personal—she made what had been a stressful experience feel easy and reassuring.
Yousra truly delivered exceptional customer service and deserves more than just five stars—if I could give her 10, I absolutely would. Vodafone is very lucky to have her on their team. Keep up the fantastic work, Yousra!

My phone wasn’t working after just joining Vodafone. I met Arif he was extremely helpful.
